COVID-19 Update for Chesapeake Oncology Hematology Associates

All patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms (including fever, cough, nasal congestion, sore throat and or a shortness of breath).

  • Anyone that has a temperature above 100.0ºF (37.8ºC) or upper respiratory symptoms will be assessed and may not be allowed in the clinic.
  • Only non-ambulatory (i.e. wheelchair) patients are allowed to have caregivers accompany them in the clinic if they have no upper respiratory symptoms.
  • No other visitors are allowed in the clinic.

We recognize that these measures may cause concern. Please feel free to contact our office and ask to speak to a manager to discuss any special circumstances.

The clinical team at Chesapeake Oncology Hematology is available for telemedicine visits. Telemedicine allows patients to connect with us through a safe virtual visit over the phone or by computer. At this time, Telemedicine is available for existing patients only. Please call our offices for more information.
